SA-SVF100 This is a fully automatic Servo double end crimping machine, standard machine for AWG30#~14# wire , standard machine with a stroke of 30mm OTP high precision applicator , compared with ordinary Applicator, high precision applicator feed and crimp more stable, Different terminals only need to replace the applicator, This is easy to operate and multi-purpose machine.
The machine uses 5 sets of servo motors, 2 sets of stepper motors, 4 sets of TBI screws, 7 sets of HIWIN guide rails and Swedish SKF bearings, which is a high quality servo terminal crimping machine.The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and the moving parts such as wire feeding, cutting, and translation are all driven by high-precision servo motors, with strong power and precise dimensions .

Pressure detection is an optional item, real-time monitoring of each crimping process pressure curve changes, if the pressure is not normal, it will automatically alarm and stop, strict control of production line production quality.
