This is a fully automatic wire cutting, stripping, double end crimping terminal and heat shrink tube insertion heating all-in-one machine, suitable for AWG14-24# single electronic wire,The standard applicator is precision OTP mould, generally different terminals can be used in different mould that it's easy to replace, such as the need to use the European applicator, can also be customized.

A machine can meet different productions requirements, such as closing one end of the heat shrink tube insertion heating, to achieve a double-head crimping the terminal, a head of heat shrink shrinking, you can also close one end of the crimping the terminal heat shrink function, to achieve a single-head crimping the terminal heat shrink tube heating, different processed products can be deposited into a different programme, convenient for the next time to use. Colour touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand.

Standard machine has terminal detection, lack of tube detection, air pressure detection, wire detection, fault alarm, such as the need for terminal pressure monitoring, can be optional.
