SA-300B-32 heat shrinkable tube heating machine is suitable for shrinkage of PE heat shrinkable tube, PVC heat shrinkable tube, double wall heat shrinkable tube with glue and so on.It can be installed on the assembly line.It can adjust the temperature according to the production process requirements and control the temperature accurately.The shrinkage time is short, suitable for any size of heat shrinkable tube. It is small in size, light in weight and easy to move. The thermal efficiency is high and durable. It can be used for heating just starting, and can work continuously for 24 hours without interruption.
Feature:
Temperature regulation
The outlet is equipped with a temperature sensor which can adjust the temperature according to requirements. The temperature control accuracy is ±1 ºC; the maximum use temperature is <395 ºC.Digital intelligence displays the temperature.
The direction of the tuyere can be adjusted
The air outlet of the machine can be heated upwards and downwards for easy use.
Insulation
The machine uses multi-fiber insulation cotton to insulate the heat, the strong shell so that the machine is safe and reliable to use, can be kept in high temperature for a long time to work.
High heat exchange efficiency
In the ingenious wind tunnel design, the air passes evenly through the inner side and the outer side of the spiral wire. The heat exchange rate is nearly 100%, and the wind pressure loss is small.
