Suitable for AWG#30-AWG#16 wire , The standard applicator is precision OTP applicator , generally different terminals can be used in different applicator that it's easy to replace.

SA-FS2400 Single end crimping seal inserting machine,is Design for Fully Automatic Wire Seal Insertion and terminal crimping.First, cutting and stripping wire,then automatic seal insertion and terminal crimping. 

The standard applicator is precision OTP applicator , generally different terminals can be used in different applicator that it's easy to replace, If you need to use for European style mould, we can also provide customized machine, and we also can provide the Europe applicator , can also be equipped with terminal pressure monitor, real-time monitoring of the pressure curve of each crimping process changes, if the pressure is abnormal, automatic alarm shutdown.

Waterproof plugs with automatic feeding device, different sizes of waterproof plugs can be replaced feeding guide and fixtures, so that a machine can achieve a variety of products processing.

Color touch screen operation interface, intuitive and easy to understand the parameter settings, different processing products can be deposited into different programs, convenient for next time use.
