SA-UP2250This is Automatic Wire Crimping and Shrink Tube Marking Inserting Machine,the machine is automatic wire cutting stripping ,double end crimping and shrink tube marking and inserting all in one machine , the machine adopts the laser spray code, laser spray code process does not use any consumables, which reduces the operating costs.

Machine Main parts brand Taiwan HIWIN screw, Taiwan AirTAC cylinder, South Korea YSC solenoid valve, leadshine servo motor ( China brand ) , Taiwan HIWIN slide rail, Japanese imported bearings.This is a high quality machine.

The terminal crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height,standard machine with a stroke of 30mm OTP high precision applicator , compared with ordinary dies, high precision applicator feed crimp more stable, crimp better results! .
