SA-CTP800 is a multi-function fully automatic multiple single wires cutting stripping and plastic housing insertion machine With 2 sets CCD visual inspection system., which not only supports double ends terminals crimping and one end plastic housings insertion, but also supports only one end terminals crimping ,at the same time,the other end wires inner strands twisting and tinning. Each functional module can be turned on or off freely in the program. For example, you can turn off one end terminal crimping ,then this end pre-stripped wires can be automatically twisted and tinned.The machine assembles 1 set of bowl feeder, the plastic housing can be automatically fed through the bowl feeder.
With a user-friendly color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand.Parameters such as stripping length and crimping position can be directly setting one display. The machine can store 100 sets of data according to different products,next time when processing products with the same parameters,directly recalling the corresponding program.There is no need to set parameters again, which can save machine adjustment time and reduce material waste.
