SA-FH03 is an automatic cutting and stripping machine for sheathed cable , compared with the traditional wire stripping machine, this machine adopts the double knife co-operation, the outer stripping knife is responsible for stripping the outer skin, the inner core knife is responsible for stripping the inner cores,so that the stripping effect is better, the debugging is more simple.The round sheathed wire processing is simple to switch to the flat cable processing.It can strip outer jacket and inner cores at the same time, or turn off the inner cores stripping function to process the wire of outer diameter less than 14mm the single wire.
The machine adopts 16 wheels belt feeding, feeding high precision, cutting error is small, the outer skin without embossing marks and scratches, greatly improve product quality.The use of servo knife frame and imported high-speed steel blade, so that the peeling is more accurate, more durable.
7-inch colour English touch screen, easy to understand the operation, 99 kinds of procedures, further simplify the production process.Different processing products, only one time to set up, the next time directly click on the corresponding procedures to improve production speed.
The conduit jumps, compared with the traditional machine, the stripping length of the outer skin is longer, the standard stripping length of the tail 240mm, 120mm head stripping length.If there is a special long stripping requirements or in the stripping requirements, we can add additional long stripping function.
