1. Fully automatic wire cutting stripping twisting machine,for one head twisting and tin dipping, the other head crimping ,can twist 3 single cables together,processing 3 pairs at the same time. The machine uses touch screen Chinese and English interface,and knife port size, wire cutting length, stripping length, wires twisting  tightness, forward and reverse twisting wire, tin flux dipping depth, tin dipping depth,all adopt digital control and can be set directly on the touch screen.

2.Mitsubishi servo motors are used to control the front and rear end rotation and tin dipping. The tool holder is controlled by Mitsubishi servo with precision screw and double guide rail device. The front and rear end stripping is controlled by Mitsubishi servo with precision screw and double guide rail device.

3.All built-in circuits are equipped with abnormal signal monitoring indicators, which make troubleshooting clear at a glance and easy to troubleshoot.

4.Long ro short wire processing switching doesn't require the replacement of the rear stripping clamp, enabling instant replacement.

5.The ultra-wide knife edge is beneficial to protecting the core wires; the ultra-large rubber leakage port is equipped with an air blowing device for blowing rubber  to further ensure that the rubber is collected cleanly.

6. A motor is used to rotate the tin scraper to avoid air pressure interference; the heater adopts a hot runner device. 

7. It is equipped with a smoke recovery device to keep the machine in a clean working environment; there are pipeline recovery devices for rosin water, tin slag, tin ash, etc.; the machine accessories are made of anti-corrosion materials to avoid corrosion; the machine has low noise, high precision and longer service life.
