The printing content of the number tube can be set through the computer industrial control system, and the printing content of each line is different. The terminal is automatically fed through the vibrating disc, the wire end does not need to be pre-stripped, and the operator only needs to extend the wire end into the working position.
The machine can automatically complete a series of actions such as stripping wires, twisting copper wires.printing and cutting number tubes, and crimping terminals. The twisting function can effectively prevent the copper wire from turning over when inserting the terminal, and the integrated stripping and crimping reduces the process and can effectively save labor. This machine uses laser printing, which does not require consumables for production and has low production costs. One machine can be used for terminals of different sizes. To replace the terminals, simply replace the corresponding terminal fixture. It can be used for multiple purposes with simple operation
