SA-HP300 Heat shrink conveyor oven is a kind of equipment that shrinks heat-shrinkable tubes for wire harnesses.Belt conveyor oven for heat-shrinkable tubing, thermal processing and curing.

Features:
1. This equipment can be used to heat heat-shrinkable tubes with a diameter of less than 10mm.
2. When the equipment is turned on, before heating to the set temperature, the belt is reversed to prevent personnel from misoperation;
3. When using this machine, the wiring harness should be clamped between the double-sided timing belts, and the previous wiring harness has completely entered the machine before the next wiring harness is installed continuously.
4. High efficiency. The upper and lower synchronous belts will clamp the wire harness and synchronously transport the wire harness to the heating zone and cooling zone. Finally, all products will be transported to the collection area at the end of the conveyor belt. After a few seconds of cooling, all wire harnesses can be collected together. The whole process is almost Continuous process without time delay.
