This machine uses Infrared lamps thermal radiation to achieve heating and shrinkage of the heat shrinkable  tube. Infrared lamps have extremely small thermal inertia and can heat up and cool down quickly and accurately. The heating time can be set according to actual needs without setting the temperature. The max. heating temperature is 260 ºC. It can work continuously for 24 hours without interruption.

Suitable for heat shrinkable tubes that easily absorb light waves, such as PE heat shrink tube,PVC heat shrinkable tubes and adhesive double-walled heat shrinkable tubes.

Feature
1. There are six infrared lamp  on each side of the upper and lower sides, heating evenly and quickly.
2. The heating area is large and can place multiple products at the same time, making it suitable for mass production.
3. 4 of the 6 groups of lamps can be switched on and off individually. Unnecessary lamps can be turned off for different sizes of heat shrink tubes, which can reduce energy consumption.
4.Set the appropriate heating time, then step on the foot switch, the lamp will be powered on and start working, the timer will start counting down, the countdown ends, the lamp will stop working. The cooling fan continues to work and stops working after reaching the set delay time.
