SA-LL820 is a multi-function fully automatic wires cutting stripping machine, which not only supports double ends terminals crimping and plastic housings insertion , but also supports only one end terminals crimping and plastic housing insertion,at the same time,the other end stripped wires inner strands twisting and tinning. Each functional module can be turned on or off freely in the program. For example, you can turn off one end terminal crimping and housing insertion function,then this end stripped wires can be automatically twisted and tinned.Assembled 2 sets of bowl feeder, the plastic housing is automatically fed through the bowl feeder.
This machine can process mutiple single wires at one time.lt also supports multiple flat cables processing,separating the flat cables for subsequent processing.For small size plastic shell, multiple groups of flat cables can be processed at the same time to double the production capacity.
With color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand.Parameters such as stripping length and crimping position can be directly setting one display. The machine can store 100 sets of data according to different products,next time when processing products with the same parameters,directly recalling the corresponding program.There is no need to set parameters again, which can save machine adjustment time and reduce material waste.
