SA-ST100-YJ Automatic Pre-insulated Terminal Crimping Machine ,this series have two model ,one is one end crimping ,the other is two end crimping machine .Automatic crimping machine for Roller insulated terminals.This machine is equipped with a rotating twisting mechanism.which can twist the copper wires together after stripping, which can effectively prevent the copper wires from turning over when they are inserted into the inner hole of the terminal
standard machine with a stroke of 30mm OTP high precision applicator , compared with ordinary Applicator, high precision applicator feed and crimp more stable.Different terminals only need to replace the applicator.This is easy to operate,and multi-purpose machine.
Color touch screen operation interface , parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand , parameters such as cutting length,stripping length , twisting force , and crimping position can be directly setting one display . Machine can save program for different products, Next time ,directly choose the program directly to produce.
Pressure detection is an optional item, real-time monitoring of each crimping process pressure curve changes, if the pressure is not normal, it will automatically alarm and stop, strict control of production line production quality. When processing long wires, you can choose a conveyor belt, and put the processed wires straight and neatly into the receiving tray.
