This machine is mainly used for processing multi-core sheathed wires, and can complete the processes of stripping core wires, crimping terminals, and housing inserting at one time. It can effectively improve productivity and save labor costs.
Applicable wires: AV, AVS, AVSS, CAVUS, KV, KIV, UL,  fiber wire, etc.

Feature
1.The machine installs wire missing detection, wire knot detection, crimp detection, air detection and other detection devices. Timely detection of poor crimping can prevent large-scale errors and waste of materials,can also screen out defective products to prevent them from entering the market.

2.The crimping tool is ultra-quiet terminal crimping machine with low noise and uniform force. It can be assembled with OTP transverse and straight mold, it is easy to change applicators.

3. This product adopts a high-definition color touch screen. The touch screen program comes standard with Chinese and English operation interfaces.All parameters are set on the display screen, and the operation is simple and fast.
