This is a metre-counting coiling and bundling machine for coil processing. Max load weight of the standard machine is 50KG, which can also be customised according to customer's requirements, the inner diameter of the coil and the width of the row of fixtures are customised according to customer's requirements, and the Max. outer diameter is not more than 500MM.
The machine is PLC control with English display, easy to operate, the machine has two measuring modes, one is metre counting, the other is circle counting, if it is metre counting, only need to set the cutting length, the length of the tie, the number of tying circles on the display, after setting the parameters, we only need to feed the wire to the winding disc, then the machine can automatically count metres and winded coil, Then we manually put the coil into the tying part for automatic tying.The operate is very easy.
