This machine is a hand-held nylon cable tie machine, standard machine is suitable for 80-120mm length cable ties.The machine uses a Vibratory bowl feeder to automatically feed the zip ties into the zip tie gun,the hand-held nylon tie gun can work 360 degrees without blind area. The tightness can be set through program, the user only need to simply pull the trigger, then it will finish all tying steps.
Commonly used for wire harness board assembly, and for aircraft, trains, ships, automobiles, communication equipment, home appliances and other large-scale electronic equipment on-site assembly of internal wire harness bundling.
When the material tube is blocked, the machine will automatically alarm. Press the trigger again to automatically blow out the material to clear the fault and run automatically.
