1.This machine adopts the camera to take photos to locate and cut with high precision, The tube position is identified by a high-resolution camera system, which is suitable for cutting bellows with connectors, washing machine drains, exhaust pipes, and disposable medical corrugated breathing tubes. In the early stages, only an image of the camera position needs to be taken for sampling, and later automatic positioning cutting. It has been specially designed to process tubes with special shapes, such as those used in the automotive, medical and white goods industries.
2.For in-line operation with an extrusion system, additional accessories such as discharge conveyor, inductor and haul-offs, etc., are required.
