This nylon cable tying machine adopts vibratory bowl feeders to feed the scattered nylon cable ties to work position continuously. The operator only needs to put the product in the appropriate position and then press down the foot switch, and the machine can automatically pass nylon cable ties through holes to bundle products.Greatly improve production efficiency and save labor costs.
The tightness and tying length can be set through program, high degree of automation, good consistency and fast speed.
Widely used in electronics factories, bundled TVs, computers and other internal electrical connections, lighting fixtures, motors, electronic toys and other products in fixed circuits, mechanical equipment oil pipelines fixed, ship cables fixed. The car is packed or bundled with other objects, and can also be used for strapping items such as wire, air-conditioning capillaries, toys, daily necessities, agriculture, gardening, and handicrafts.
The main configuration of the machine:
1. Stepper motor/driver 3 sets of Taiwan Tuoda 57-76/stepper motor.
2. Use 2 Japanese Omron EE-SX672 sensors, sensitive infrared light, long service life and fast response.
3. Taiwan Yonghong PLC human-machine interface control,clear and intuitive, easy to operate.
4. The belt is imported from the United States and has strong wear resistance.
