The fully automatic wire cutting and stripping laser marking machine is composed of a computer host, an industrial control host, a display screen, and a high-speed wire cutting stripping machine. It is a fully automatic equipment that integrates marking, cutting, and stripping functions. Using imported lasers, it has high electro-optical conversion efficiency, stable operation, low cost and no consumables. Advanced laser marking technology allows the wire to be marked with the required codes, serial numbers, dates, barcodes, etc. before cutting and stripping, these can be set according to customer needs.
Introduction:
1.This machine uses the domestic first-line brand full-HD color touch 7-inch LCD display and a self-developed motion control board using a single-chip microcomputer, which is more efficient and stable.
2.This machine adopts an Seven-wheel metal straightener, can accurately straighten the wires.
3.Four-wheel wire feeding, wire feeding wheel optional rubber wheel, iron wheel, leather wheel.
4.Automatically complete wire cutting, wire stripping, and laser marking , saving labor and time and improving production efficiency.
5.Mainly used for processing silicone wires, isolation wires, coaxial wires, sheathed wires and other wires.
6.Widely used in wire processing in the electronics industry, automotive and motorcycle parts industry, electrical appliances, motors, lamps and toys.
7.Full servo motion system with high accuracy.Four servo motors respectively control the conduit, the inlet wheel, the outlet wheel, and the tool holder.
