Product Description
Processing wire range: 0.1-10mm² single wire and 7.5 outer diameter of sheathed cable . This machine adopts the belt feeding,compared with the wheel feeding feeding more accurate and does not hurt the wire. Turn on the inner core stripping function, you can strip the outer sheath and core wire at the same time. Can also close inner cores stripping function to deal with electronic wire below 10mm².
This machine has a lifting wheel function, so the outer outer jacket stripping length of the front is up to 70mm, the back end is up to 30mm, the inner core stripping length is 0-20mm.
The machine is fully electric, and the stripping and cutting action are driven by stepping motor,not need additional air supply .However, we considering that the waste insulation may fall onto the blade and affect the working accuracy. So we think It is necessary to add an air blowing function next to the blades, which can automatically clean the blades's waste when connected to the air supply,This greatly improves the stripping effect.
