This machine is specially designed for sheath cable stripping and crimping machine, it can process up to 14pin wires. such as USB data cable, sheathed cable, flat cable, power cable, headphone cable and other kinds of products. You just need to put wire on the machine, it's stripping and termination can be completed in one time. Can effectively reduce the processing procedures, reduce the difficulty of work, improve work efficiency.

The workmanship of the whole machine is Hight precise, the translation and stripping are driven by motors, so the positioning is precise. The parameters such as stripping length and crimping position can be set in the program without manual screws. The colour touch screen operator interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and the corresponding processing parameters can be recalled with one key when changing products. The machine is also equipped with an automatic paper reel, terminal strip cutter and waste suction device, which can keep the working environment clean.                                                                                                                                                                                                   1 This machine is especially designed for processing the core wires of multi-conductor sheathed cable. The outside jacket should be pre-stripped before using this machine, and the operator only need tro place the cable in the working position, then the machine will strip wire and crimp terminal automatically. It greatly imporoves the multi-core sheathed cable processing effeciency.
