This machine adopts the vibrating disc feeding, simply adjust the size of the feeding terminal parts, One vibration disc can be used for 10 types of 0.5-16mm² pre-insulation, such as the need for press 0.3mm² terminals, need to provide samples of custom.

 

Standard machine crimping shape is quadrilateral, This machine adopts servo crimping, let the crimping is more stable.such as the need for crimping hexagonal, need to customise the press mould.

 

Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand. In the program, stripping, twisting and terminal crimping are all controlled by motor.You can set the cutting depth, peeling length, crimping depth, twisting force and other parameters on machine. The machine has a program save function, convenient for the next direct use, no need to adjust the machine again to simplify the operation process.
