This is a fully automatic corrugated tube cutting and slit machine,This model have slit function ,Split corrugated pipe for easy threading wire, It adopts a belt feeder, which has high feeding precision and no indentation, and the cutting blades are art blades, which are easy to replace.
In the wire harness processing industry, many wires need to be inserted into the bellows, playing a protective role for the cable, but seamless bellows threading is difficult, so we designed this with split bellows cutting machine, if you don't need to split the function, you can turn off the split function, only use the cutting function. It can be a multi-purpose machine to meet the different needs of customers.
In the production process, you will encounter a variety of different types of cutting length, in order to simplify the operation process of workers, increase work efficiency, the operating system built-in 100 groups (0-99) variable memory, can store 100 groups of production data, convenient for the next production use.
