SA-LN30 This machine is suitable for automatic strapping of special-shaped head Nylon cabel ties. Manually place the ties on the fixture and press the foot switch, and the machine can automatically bundle.After the bundling is completed, the excess length can be automatically cut by the machine.
Suitable for automatic binding of special-shaped cable ties such as aircraft heads and fir tree heads.The tightness can be set through program.Commonly used for wire harness board assembly, and for aircraft, trains, ships, automobiles, communication equipment, home appliances and other large-scale electronic equipment on-site assembly of internal wire harness bundling.
The complicated and boring processes of piercing, tightening, the tail cutting and the waste recycling are replaced by machines, so that the original complicated operation mode can realize automatic production, reduce the manual operation intensity and improve production efficiency.
